CHECKER

2004 | John Hutton

The noble art of marquetry, a technique that dates back to medieval and Renaissance times, revisited with a contemporary touch, yields an aesthetic style with a modern, graphic influence –the design concept of the Checker table, defined. An elegant rectangular dining table inlaid with squares of oak veneer, Checker comes in a range of refined stain finishes. Available in standard and extendable versions, in the latter, Checker can easily accommodate up to ten dinner guests.

Structure and top in oak veneer with natural finish or stained wenge, ebony or brown. The top of the table is inlaid with a checkerboard pattern.
